Beautiful lake view, clean rooms, friendly staff, great food.

The food selection for breakfast was extensive and the dining room had a lovely view of the lake. The bar near the lake also served great food. The tennis activities were good value and enjoyable. The beach was clean and the water clear. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean.

We went to celebrate New Year's Eve in northern Poland with family. the location was perfect - situated in a picturesque area close to the lake and mountains. the rooms were clean and comfy, and free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the whole stay. the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a noisy night's sleep on New Year's Eve due to the loud music coming from the bar. the following day the breakfast wasn't as good as dinner.

We enjoyed playing tennis and spending time by the spotless beach, which had clear water.

The pier was old and dangerous, with nails sticking out, and the beach area was quite small. The customer service was also lacking, with some staff not communicating clearly and no clear instructions on how to find the hotel or where to park. The hotel still needs to be fully built, with a swimming pool that was not working during our stay.

There was a good restaurant and plenty of outdoor space to relax. there were beautiful lakes close to the hotel, which was perfect for a walk or to engage in fitness activities.

I was disappointed to discover that the spa was not accessible to guests unless booked in advance.

There are also many attractions and activities for both guests and kids, making it the ideal place for rest and family holidays. the surrounding scenery is extraordinary, and I loved waking up to the breathtaking view from my balcony. the hotel also serves as a great base for daily bicycle trips, with plenty of picturesque routes to explore. I highly recommend Mazurski Raj - a top-notch destination for a memorable vacation. Cons: For us, everything about our stay was ideal. 😊.
